Wire electrical discharge machining, also known as wire EDM uses an electrically energized thin brass wire to slice through metal. For large quantities, automated wire EDM services can help greatly reduce labor and production costs.

Our automated wire EDM services ensure complete accuracy, even in large quantities.  We have three separate machines for maximum efficiency and productivity and the capabilities to work with high tolerance, custom metal parts.

• Largest travels: 12" x 24" x 37" x 3,000 lbs. 
• Tolerances up to +/- .0002"
