Beverly Manufacturing got our start as a tool and die shop over 40 years ago.  Today, we still remain committed to providing high quality products and services.  Our specialty shop has grown over the years to better provide the services and capabilities our customers need.

Beverly Tool and Die Department

The Beverly Manufacturing tool and die department offers not only our world-class knowledge and service, but also completely in-house:

• Progressive dies
• Progressive draw dies
• Single station dies
• Single detail tooling duplication
• Completely interchangeable detailed dies
• Design engineering prototyping

Tool and die capabilities include:

• Dies up to 144” x 60” and weights up to 12,000 pounds.

Die Maintenance and Repair Department

Along with our standard tool and die department, we have a die maintenance and repair department, for those dies and parts that need a little help getting back to brand new.

Some of these maintenance and repair services include:

• Repairs ranging from minor sharpenings to complete rebuilds
• MasterCam CAD / CAM
• Download to our wire EDM machine and vertical CNC mills
